AuraPro Sauna Warranty and Damages Policy
At AuraPro Sauna, we are committed to delivering the highest quality and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our Warranty and Damages Policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Warranty Coverage
Our 1-year warranty exclusively covers the steamer unit (SmartSteam) of the AuraPro Portable Steam Sauna. The warranty includes:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Technical malfunctions.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accessories, such as the foldable chair, carry bag, bottom sweat mat, and other additional items.
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Steamer & Output Box Safety Warning
⚠️ DO NOT touch or open the steamer lid or output box while the unit is in use or immediately after use.
- The steamer builds up high-pressure steam, and opening the lid or touching the steam outlet while hot can cause severe burns.
- Always allow sufficient time for the unit to cool down before handling.
- Failure to follow these safety instructions will void the warranty and is considered customer misuse, which is not covered under our policy.
Damages and Issues
We request all customers to inspect their order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
For a claim to be valid:
- Damage must affect the product’s functionality. Basic wear and tear, such as minor scuffs or scratches, does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- We cannot provide refunds or replacements for accidental damage caused by the customer.
Warranty and Refund Claims
Refunds, replacements, and warranty claims for manufacturer faults must be submitted to our customer care team within 10 days of receiving the order. After this period, due to the nature of the product, we will assume any minor damage is a result of normal wear and tear.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty will be void if:
- The product is forcefully damaged or abused.
- The customer fails to follow the instruction manual and safety warnings provided with the AuraPro Sauna.
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations are made to the steamer unit.
Refund Process
If your refund request is accepted:
- It will be processed promptly.
- A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

AuraPro Sauna shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the sauna, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
