You can set-up your sauna inside or outside but do be mindful that ARUAPRO™ saunas aren’t waterproof. All ARUAPRO™ saunas have been specifically designed with a unique corner design, allowing the product to be positioned effectively without occupying too much space.

The inside of the heat insulated cover is designed to help prevent mold and bacteria build up.

After use, we recommend leaving the door flap open to air out and wiping down the water vapor on the inside walls.

The Steamer can heat up internally to 130°F with near 100% humidity which may feel subjectively hotter and can elicit greater strains on the cardiovascular system.

Why? Water has a higher heat capacity than air. When you're in a steam sauna, the air is saturated with water vapor which carries more heat energy to your body than dry air would at the same temperature.

This is why the temperature is lower in steam saunas but the humidity can make it just as intense, if not more so, than a dry sauna.
