This website (auraprosauna.com) is operated by AURAPRO SAUNA™ ("AuraPro", "we", "us", or "our"). Throughout the site, these Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online storefront, products, mobile applications, digital platforms, and customer care services (collectively, the "Services").

A. Product Accuracy
We strive for precision in product imagery, descriptions, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or site content are error-free, complete, or current. Minor variations in shade or finish may occur based on display devices.
B. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason (including pricing errors or stock limits).
C. Pricing & Secure Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (including Shopify Payments, major credit cards, and express checkout systems). AuraPro Sauna does not store or hold raw credit card data on our servers.
Purchases are subject to our comprehensive Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Carrier Logistics: Estimated delivery dates are provided by logistical carriers and are not guaranteed. AuraPro is not liable for dispatch or transit delays resulting from weather events, carrier backlogs, or customs processing.
- Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or confirmed delivery address.
All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our official Returns & Refunds Policy.
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or as store credit, minus applicable return shipping fees, duties, or restocking fees as outlined in the policy terms.
All content included on this site—including text, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, audio clips, and code compilation—is the exclusive property of AURAPRO SAUNA™ or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the site. You may not frame, mirror, modify, or repurpose any branding asset without explicit written consent.
Except as explicitly provided in our official 1-Year Warranty Policy, the site, products, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURAPRO SAUNA™, its directors, officers, employees, partners, suppliers, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill—arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our site or products.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total dollar amount paid by you to AuraPro Sauna for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AURAPRO SAUNA™, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, loss, or legal expense (including reasonable attorney fees) brought by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You explicitly agree that any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Severability: In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement: The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and AuraPro Sauna, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals (whether oral or written).
