General Use
All products sold by AuraPro Sauna are intended for adult use and should not be used by children without adult supervision. Users should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new health or wellness routine, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions or concerns.
Saunas and Sauna Steamer Devices
- Risk of Overheating and Dehydration: Extended use of saunas and sauna steamer devices can lead to overheating and dehydration. Limit sessions as per guidelines, hydrate adequately, and exit immediately if feeling unwell.
- Risk of Burns: The sauna steamer device can become very hot. Handle with care and avoid direct contact with the steam outlet to prevent burns.
- Pregnancy and Health Conditions: Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., low or high blood pressure, respiratory issues) should consult their doctor before using a sauna or sauna steamer device.
Limitation of Liability
AuraPro Sauna is not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from the misuse of our products, failure to follow safety guidelines, or use contrary to instructions. This includes injuries such as burns from the sauna steamer device. Users assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns Policy
We offer returns within 100 days of your purchase. To be eligible for refund/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To issue your hassle-free return, simply email support@auraprosauna.com with your order number and proof that the order is in its original packaging. We will guide you through the return process. Please note that the product must be sent back at your own expense in its original, undamaged condition, ready for resale, to the following address: 221 Placentia Boulevard, Scarborough, ON M1S 4H5.
You can either receive store credit or a refund minus the postage charges. The customer will be liable for shipping costs if they proceed with a return. The full order amount minus the postage charge and a 10% restocking fee is available to be refunded. For cancellations, customers have 1 hour to cancel their order. If the order was already shipped, the customer will be refunded minus the cost to reroute the package back to the sender.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund for the full order amount minus the postage charge and a 10% restocking fee.
Refund Process:
- After inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card or other).
- The processing time for the refund depends on your card issuer’s policies and may take a few business days.

International Return Policy
AURAPRO SAUNA does not do free returns for International orders. We do not provide shipping labels for these either. Please complete your return to our distribution address 221 Placentia Boulevard, Scarborough, ON M1S 4H5 within 45 days. The items must be unworn and still have the tags on them. As mentioned above, your product refund will be issued at current retail value only within 14 business days of receipt and restocking in our distribution center. Any and all shipping, duty/taxes, processing, and handling fees are not refundable.
